Take a look at this absurd balancing

Our clan has been repeatedly matched with almost absolutely no chance-to-win opponents. What is supercell doing to fix this? At this rate most people will simply stop playing your game.

Literally kick out all TH10s you have in there

I had a look into your members and I am not surprised about what I saw. "Rushers" just doesn't give the idea.

Pre-teen heroes TH10, TH8 defenses what is this lol, looks like the biggest gemmer
Another one very close to that, if not worse
It only gets worse. TH10 Gold walls really?
Queenless TH10 is the cherry at the top
Another one, doesn't even have a king with special ability
"Jimmy" is the first decent TH10 I have ran into strting from the top of clan list. Keep this guy
I hope there aren't any other TH10s under him, if yes kick them (just judging from XP level)

That makes absolutely no sense. I play with old friends to have fun. Not kicking anyone. The game should be a little more balanced than outright loss, before you even start the war attacking period.

hell, all i have to do is go to war page, and look at my "equal" opponent number and see that it's a joke, and a waste of resources.
also TH rushing should have no effect on the matchup, its a TH. what should have an effect is amount of wall type, and level of defense, along with levels of heros etcetcetc. but instead we are getting pooped on constantly, not even the lower levels in the matchup are remotely close to being a fair match.

Do you not know what war weight is?

Also you may not get matched against equal people as not many clans allow rushers to war as rushers are always the reason people lose war.

We have a couple of rushed th 10 bases in our clan and without them we are still always out matched and if we use our rushed bases we do much better, before the July update we would win a few lose a few, we're a small clan almost 3 years together, most of our bases are not rushed the two that are are almost max everything, you have to think about what's important when your rushing, troops and defenses should be the most important thing, people act like rushing is a bad thing and I agree if your not upgrading the right things it can be harmful, but in over 3 years it's not made one bit of difference in war weight, even if we don't use none of our th 10's in a war we are still outmatched even our th 5 bases are matched against th8, now where is that fair, we all know each other and we know who's spending money on the game, I've always gemmed my collectors for the extra loot, since th8 so I could build my defenses faster to protect my loot, doing that has gotten me to almost max th10, I have a th 8* base not rushed or gemmed in any way and I can't upgrade nothing because I get attacked for 600/700k every time I'm attacked especially when I'm trying to save larger amounts, and there are no bases I've ever seen that I can get that loot back, before I started gemming my th10 it was the same way, once I started using gems my losses went to 100/250k I was able to move up, rushed bases have no bearing on war weights whatsoever, experience in attacking doesn't either, I've seen old ladies do an attack for the first time and 3 star a higher base, yet I've watched a experienced 3 star war clan get 0 stars on easy bases, I'd love for softbank ie formally known as supercell to explain that to us, heck I'd love for them to just tell us the truth

I used to be in a rushed clan and our war log was very similar to yours. Then I joined a very disciplined clan where rushing members would get kicked out from the clan without blinking. Guess what, we've been in a 74 win streak. Trust me, we did face a few clans with more TH10s than we had but still pulled the victory. There was even one with about 10 TH10s vs 1 of ours, all rushed, all 3* with a perfect war. Maybe it was your clan :) jk jk. Is that SC's fault? Don't think so.
