What to upgrade in TH8.

Hi Everyone.
I am a Town Hall 7 maxed defense, right now upgrading troops and walls and i have 1 barracks left to level 9.
so after some days i will go to th 8 . i just need to upgrade my troops first and stay as th7 in matchmaking in clan war if that is possible.

So what should i upgrade once i get to th 8 and what to do with the new building that i will get once i up to th8.
should i build the 3rd AD or not. and all defenses . I don't know what to call it . 8.5 or what :D.

How many builders do u have??
Well get all the walls and get all the couple of minute upgrades like archer towers and new storages and etc..for the first hour get them as high as possible...then upgrade the long day upgrades like clan castle, new air defense, upgrade lab, buy the new dark spell factory, this is assuming you have 4 builders. If you have a 5th builder, then upgrade anything else as you please or buy something new..one of your first troops to upgrade is dragon, then hogs and wizards, if you like to war a lot.

The third anti air tower will help a lot. It really reduces the likelihood a TH7 can 3 star you because the best TH7 army is mass dragons.

As for TH8, your war / trophy army will remain mass dragons. Make sure they are maxed.

so if i do as you say i will stay in th7 matchmaking in clan war! and yes i have 4 builder hut.

all i need to know is what to upgrade and what should i don't upgrade so i can stay as th7 in matchmaking. so i can upgrade all my troops to max if possible and i shall go for defense and other building.

If you're goal is to be a 7.5, I'd get everything except the additional mortar and wizard tower. They add heft amount of weight.

Just get extra air def, traps, walls, lvl 3 dragons & lvl 5 lightning w/dark spells.

With that alone you can build a base that's very difficult to 3* with dragons and hogs, while being able to 3* most enemies, once you have maxed air def.

You will count as a really heavy th7 or a baby th8.

Leave Xbows for last. Focus on camps, cc, lab and upgrading your defense coming from th7. Then you'll staying at 8.5 for a very long time.

can you be more specific.
i get it , i will get the extra trap and walls and AD to max level at th 8 and offence to max. so what about other building.
should i build them but i don't have to upgrade them or don't build them at all!
What to build & Upgrade , What i don't have to build or upgrade so i can stay at th 7 matchmaking.:)
