one gem boost and PBT problem

The one gem boost is really showing the problem with PBT. I am actually one of the guys who did not have a problem with PBT and actually like the new shield system. But this weekend has been weird. I haven't played at all due to Xmas. Just used the 1 gem boosts, wake up in the morning, collect what remains in the collectors, attack once, log off. Then I would repeat this again right before I go to bed (about 15hrs with no play). But the last two days, when I check in during the night, PBT is active and does not let me sign in... I am assuming it is because I am letting boosted collectors for 15 hours ---> making them almost maxed, and people are attacking my village like crazy for the collector loot. I can't be sure until my PBT runs out but that's the only thing that makes sense right now.

So boosting collectors --> not letting me play the game. I don't even care about the 17? gems for the boosts.. but let me play the dam game. This problem seems so obvious it makes me wonder why SC didn't think about it
