Not even close. The casuals get bored. The wannabes get fed up of being smashed for more than they can make and the new ths don't really stand a fighting chance of being able to hold onto any decent amount for upgrades.Quote:

My clan is still warring back to back, the exception being we had Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off as people spent it with their family and opted out. We are now in prep day and normal service resumed.
There's a bunch of those that think war are a waste of elixir since this update, especially if you lose. So yeah it's declining.
We used to do ' always' war.
We've done one war since the update and the opponent top guy gemmed his th11 to max on prep day...yay, so we've stopped doing wars atm.

Same for my clan.
We are not a weak clan, good at war, reaching level 8 in 100 wars, strong TH9 (some TH10).
Post-update, a lot of clanmates quit the game or become very inactive because they not enjoying the game.
From 30+, we are now 15 with some alt account. Wars are stopped for the moment.

We are 28 member war clan, usually had 15 to 20 man wars 2 to 3 times a week, now since update had 1 war. My last chat stood for 15 hours. The guys aren't playing or chatting anymore, Things turned dull and boring. Maybe around 5 still try to play, but they are also voicing frustration after the update. The leader doesn't know if players marked in for war will even show up for war, a lot have opted out though. Frankly, there isn't much to work with. Players have just gone silent. Don't know if they are still logging in now and then for a claim, stopped playing without saying farewell or are hanging around holding on to the dream that the game will get better again. The result is the same... War is as dead as the game is now.
War is actually still thriving in my clan. But we have a good bunch of dedicated, talented guys here. Very generous with donations too. Sorry if things aren't working out for you OP, I know teh strugglez
We still do constant wars but we've always been doing very casual wars. If you feel like warring - go ahead. If not - no problem. Failed an attack - It's only a game. :)
My clan is still going strong although a few have quit or become inactive. We have though, seen a lot of clans we face not giving their all in wars like they used to, using cheap armies like gibarch and not even carrying all of their spells, or only using one attack, because they can't afford it.
