you can only write 5 lines worth of info....not like you're writing a novel lol
I would prefer if they would allow leaders and coleaders to send an email every hour or 2.
This 1 email for 12 hour just doesnt let us communicate properly.
Totally agree with both suggestions...decrease the cooldown, increase the timeout - both are unnecessary
