Every member should get approval from the Clan Leader/ Co-leader for the war attacks!

It's been more than a year that I have been playing COC. But one thing that always troubles me as the clan leader is that the members looking for higher war win bonus attack enemy but fail to get 3 stars which leads to a mess and ultimate loss in war. What I feel is that each member should ask for approval before the attack and unless it is approved by the clan leader, the member should wait for signalling/enabling his attack. This might perhaps be done as follows:<br>1. A member sends request to attack an enemy at some proposed position.<br>2. The clan leader/co-leader would approve the same by toggling yes/no button<br>3. Further, the clan leader/co-leader may also signal a member to attack at some particular position, in which case, the member receiving the signal should oblige the request made by the clan leader/ co-leader.<br>4. The clan leader/ co-leader should be able to switch targets for the members as the war progresses.<br><br>I think this might prevent/ reduce many untoward loss in war that otherwise is being faced by the clan leaders due to the haphazard way of attacking in war. Moreover, this will improve cooperation and coordination between all the clan members and also stop unnecessary allegations by members who do not cooperate at all.<br>A clan leader has to have this kind of authority/command to guide his clan towards victory!<br>Thanks in advance for any response to this idea of mine. This is so not necessary. If you were a good leader/co-leader and the clan has loyal members; they would listen to you and not attack high for loot. Poor leadership by you and others

This means you must have a leader or co online at all times! Not a chance! Wrong sub forum too.

This would be a horrible headache for leadership and lead to a mess of problems. Totally unneeded.

I dont wanna have to micromanage wars. If you hit too high I will drop you for war, simples! With time you will get your message across and ppl will start getting the memo.

This simple solution is don't have crappy people in war or even in your clan.

If you want a system like this just assign targets to your clan (via clanmail, or prefill clashcaller), and tell people they'll get kicked if they don't hit their assigned base. (Doing this is a real pain though. If you want a bit more control how about everyone hits their mirror then you tell them which bases for clean up? Really you should only need to do this for a short while, as your clan should soon learn which targets they can manage)

Wouldn't be a great idea, with people living in different time zones having to wait for leader co leader approval will be a head ache for many. Leaders and co's should just handle things like this on their own, reprimand, kick, etc.

Lol @ the irony of someone wanting full control of their players though. Does your clan name happen to be Supercell?

Thanks for your suggestion. I had been doing this right from the beginning but new members come in and spoil everything again and again.

Thanks for your reply. I had infact achieved some success no doubt by assigning targets by clanmail and messaging off and on but the members, particularly the new ones start arguing why and how which is becomes very difficult to explain in a very short time.
