Whichever side of the fence folk sit....there is a lot of emotion, and boy its being expressed!
Neither group can see the others point of view.
I'm in the 'don't like it camp' but mainly because all my clan have either quit or are waiting for supercell.
Supercell will be trying to resolve issues but they need to issue a press statement as soon as possible to calm the situation.
..here is a part of an earlier post I put up.
'Every business needs to try and progress, I believe that SC tried to provide an outlet for players at the top end of the game. Yes...for money, why else run a business?
I don't think they anticipated the negative impact that the changes would have on the rest of the clash community and hence on the playability of the game in general. Right now they will be sat in 'darkened rooms' wearing 'tin hats'.
What WE need from them is a public announcement to demonstrate that they ARE listening, that they DO care and that they WILL fix it!
What THEY need is a change in Public Relations Strategy their PR is too inward looking and marketing led rather than customer led.
Only a marketing led company would put out a new commercial when the product is broken.
Even if they have no answer...a supercell statement would effectively be a 'ceasefire declaration'.
Not holding my breath though...'
I'm not sure whether its not within their business culture, their national culture or simply because they havent faced this tide of emotion before...but the silence so far is deafening!
