Designtrend isn't the only place reporting player dissatisfaction.

I was waiting for someone to come and say that 'poll doesn't matter when aliens have the right to vote' and BAM!!! 2 people came in and posted even greater ridiculous thing lol!!! You guys can't just accept the fact that this garbage aka 'update' is probably the most ridiculous, absurd and nonsense update in the history of digital gaming.
Devs behind this garbage aka 'update' should be genuinely ashamed of their work. Sorry.
Okay.
I'll make everything transparent for you.
If you want a randomized sample, then ask random people off the street what they think of the update.
They will probably not know what the heck you're talking about, as not everyoen plays Clash of Clans.
Transparent methodology:
They think in their minds: "Do I like this update, or is it a worse idea than New Coke?"
And then they click the button that they believe most closely corresponds to their evaluation of their own opinion of how they feel about the update!
Transparent enough for you? :smirk:

I guess you don't understand what it means to have a transparent methodology so i'll explain it to you. It means that you have to disclose HOW you conducted your poll.
And you obviously don't understand randomization. It simply does NOT mean the entire population but rather a subset of the population. In this case, that would mean Clash of Clan players.
Ultimately, you don't know what you're talking about when you talk about the validity of polls. Not all polls are inherently valid. The one in digitrend may or may not be a good reflection of what people are thinking but there is just no way to know.
I agree that the poll isn't perfect, and that it probably is way more negative than it should be.
However...
Looking around the Forums, I don't think you can deny that the general response to the update hasn't been positive.
(Not trying to justify the poll, I'm just saying, people really don't like the update as far as I've seen.)
