I think they should have made the Grand Wardens ability not affect Skeletons, instead of hastily nerfing all levels of Witches.
Yes, the problem is maxed gw with skeletons, not witches.
Have gw power not working on skeletons, that's all (because even nerfed, they are immune to mortars except those of already maxed th10).
But no, it's easier to change a parameter file, five minutes bug fix quick and dirty, and now skeletons are too weak if you don't have that new hero.

As per many other troop additions, offer OP troops, milk the player base for as much money as possible, then when the revenue slows down rebalance the game by nerfing the new troop... Everyone says farming is dead but it's alive and kicking, Supercell are farming the players.
Supercell are the ultimate farmers, farming the gullible and addicted for their dollars.
Supercell == Ruthless and immoral.
Skeleton HP went from 45 down to 40. Witches still spawn the same number of skellies. Skeletons were able to be 1 shot by almost every defense TH8 level and above except for the AT and the xbow. The difference is now a lv12 archer tower can 1 shot a skeleton where before it had to be max. Both archer towers are available at level 10 while lv2 witches are available at level 9. Also I believe an xbow kills a skeleton about .2 seconds faster than it did before. A TH10 should be able to defend effectively against troops from the TH9. I see no nerf here.
Why isn't everyone complaining that their skelly traps got nerfed on defense? That's right because they are only intended to slow down the attacker to begin with. Where is the outrage for the skeleton trap nerf? Speak up people!
