Exactly! Only boosting my drills. Mines and collectors will make me a big target!
OP this thought did cross my mind, seeing as how I have dropped all my resources after the update into my walls, I thought, if I do the gem boost will some higher lvl TH just come and get it. I would be their FARM!!! Farming wouldn't be dead then right????

Nope. Get attacked within an hour of logging off. Minimal amount of mines/collectors are easily accessible so I collect most of the boosted resources myself.
Afraid? Of course not. The only thing that scares me at this time of year is Brussell Sprouts. When I was little I had a recurring nightmare of a Brussels Sprouts Dragon that chased me down a beach and turned my head into a Sprout. To this day I can't eat them..so afraid of a one gem boost? Nope.

I gemmed mine. I kinda regret it as I never get a shield, and I woke up this morning (because we have to sleep supercel) and all my collectors had been rinced.
I won't be boosting again.
I boosted mine and up to this moment, no one attacked me with a full army.
Same thing happened to me but I got a 12 hour shield after I got attacked so rode it out with boosted collectors and finally gained some lootQuote:
