Use the Healers as psuedo heal spells for the 1st half of the base until you start losing healers to ADs.
The Rage spells in this case will probably be used to rage the giants to punch through some defenses/walls (you can time wallbreakers with this for extra boom).
Also the rage spell will then hit your healers, who are following giants, so they can super heal your giants for the more dangerous defense filled core under effects of rage.
Then use your Heal spells to take over the healers job in 2nd half of the base while ur BK, archers and barbs take care of the base and storages while ur giants are ahead tanking/disabling unprotected defenses.

The reason you use a rage is because the rage helps giants LOWER the village's damage per second against your giants by helping them destroy defenses rather than a heal spell having a healing per second effect on your giants.
THe DPS of a village with fresh defenses targeting your giants all at once will probably outperform the healing effects of a heal spell so a rage works better (plus rage helps heal your giants if you let the healers get effected by it from behind too)
