Ow do I gowipe at TH8

I go back and forth on this point as well. Ultimately, I like using the Golem/Wizards to kill the CC no lure and take out a double giant bomb possible location. Killing the skellies and BK is also a plus rather than have them chase my hogs.

Well, it's all base specific. I'm to the point now where I just laugh at GoWiPe attempts, both TH8 and TH9. It's like people don't know how to attack a base and just say, "Screw it! I'm Wiping it!" and barrel in with pekkas for the 2*... blows my mind

At TH8, there are certain, open bases that it can work well. Strangely enough, against these exact same bases, I find that a straight pekka run is just as good, if not better, but that's a different discussion...

Hogs are, by a country mile, far superior to GoWiPe at TH8. That's about as good as it gets. Pekka? I agree with Tyler---you almost don't even need to train them (one exception that I keep seeing over and over--an L5 pekka coming out of the CC used in conjuction with a GoHo--she's a great tank & support troop in that attack)
