Hello all.
Before I fail and get a 1 star in my next war, I figured I ask here first.
I have lvl4 hogs, my leader is asking me to start attacking max th8 bases.
Can level 4 hogs wipe out maxed out th8s? lvl 10 cannons/archer towers, lvl6 wiz towers, lvl4 teslas, etc?
Is the fight tough? Ppl make it sound like lvl4 hogs crush all th8 bases.
If so, should I be goho'ing and make a little killsquad of barbking/wizzies to kill enemy lvl10king and cc troops in 1 shot with poison?

Yep hogs at th 8 are the best war troop, try to learn Asian wall and surgical..
At th 8 you don't need to make goho as you have double poison for cc kill, and barb king isnt much of a threat. If you are worried about dgbs, master surgical
Surgical doesn't help too much when point defenses are on inside mostly with a dbl giant bomb spot.Quote:

Lvl 4 Hogs are really strong against TH8. The thing is you are going to have to commit some DE on practice attacks so you can get use to them. Please check out One Hive Raid's Elite 8 videos on YT. Most of all the attacks are Hog based and The moderator Jake is incredible. He talks on many occasions on when you should GoHo or when Mass hogs would be better.Quote:

Yea you are right, I guess not all do it perfectly but what i meant was greatly as possible, only some of our th 8 clan mates practice very often in multiplayer to try to do it perfectly, but what bugs me is that someone comes in and quotes me saying that surgical is not recommended in this and that, when this current war I'm in, i did the exact same attack on a base with inner point defenses..I wish i knew how to screen record so i can upload a video and show it.
