Trophy Offers

I'm currently pushing, and am around 4000 but I am seeing lots of 4 & 5 offers. At first I though that it was a minimum of 6 but then I looked back at the new trophy offer system and the table showed that it was only for people above a certain range.

So what I want to find out - is there a new table for trophy offers showing how much you will be offered based on what trophy level the attacker and defender are after the Th11 update.

Also wanted to add, is it still possible to get 1 trophy offers?
