They are good things about Hay Day.

Overall they are good things about Hay Day. I writing this hoping players will say only good things about the game. The rule is if you don’t have anything good to say please do it somewhere else. Thank you.

I will start; these are some of things I love about Hay Day.

1. The time and effort both sides put forth on the AMA.
2. Coming home after a hard day’s work to feed my cows.
3. Watching my bees flying back and forth to the hive.
4. Making my farm so so. Seems like every day I am moving something around.
5. Watching my spooky plant motioning over the little people. I think that plant is hungry. LOL
6. Doing a little fishing and setting my traps out.
7. Sneaking good things in the RSS for that lucky player to get.
8. Finding that low level player in the DD and buying everything in the stand, even the wheat at full price.
9. Helping people I do not know in the DD with boat orders.
10. Finding that little red tool box with 5 diamonds.

:heart: The hydrangeas that I want to place on every square plot of land on my farm.
:heart: The autumn and winter seasons on the farm.
:heart: The bees with their little winter hats.
:heart: Finding diamonds in mystery boxes.
:heart: Liking farms who have 0 likes.
:heart: The many animations in the game.
:heart: The scrumdiddlyumptious-looking cakes.
:heart: Keeping a nice RSS for my farming friends.

My list:

1. Playing with my daughter and our neighbors who we love.
2. Watching my frogs hop around in Frogcatraz.
3. Making field arts that bring smiles to people's faces (I hope). Right now: Christmas Frog Hop Hop Hop
4. Honoring causes or events or people on my farm or with my farm name, publicly and privately.
5. Squeezing even possible EM out of my snoozing pets. I drop enough milk and bacon on them LOL!
6. Getting all my gnomes, butterflies, snails, caterpillars, soldiers and snowmen out for a big party!!
7. Making pretty gardens in town and on the farm.
8. Chatting with people on the other side of the planet who (also) don't think it's nuts to milk cows at 2am.
9. Spending fake cash with both hands on digital items that don't take up space in the closet.
10. Opening my game after a long day and seeing all the animals in their Christmas costumes -- makes me ho ho ho!

First of all, thank you BenjiBee for starting the thread.

1. Selling BEMs, SEMs, LEMs unadvertised daily in my shop to help hoodmates and followers.
2. Going to town and picking up hoodmates' visitors 4 to 10 at a time.
3. Filling some or all crates on boats of hoodmates and other players.
4. Typing in chat to alert a hoodmate: "Your boat is full and ready to go".
5. Playing leisurely to get the Level 100 tree (only 680,000 XPs more to go).
5. Collecting purple vouchers which are harder to get than gold vouchers.

1. The dogs and horses zooming around the farm at feeding time.
2. The sound of the chimes when harvesting a full field
3. Once in a while, when you collect bacon just right, a naked pig sitting on fat pig, and swinging his little legs :p
4. The lobsters going wheeeeeeeeeee
5. A GC friend stopping by the stall or watering plants or helping a boat, and you see their name and think of them

1. Playing alongside my husband and sometimes with our son😀
2. The friends I have made in the NH and through the forum, it is great to chat with people all over the world😀
3. Relaxing with my farm and taking my mind off RL issues.
4. Finding💎💎💎💎💎 in mystery boxes.
5. Winning decor items I have been hoping to obtain.
6. Seeing GC friends buying from my rss and being able to help.
7. Generally just enjoying the game😀

There is so much I love about this game, I'll keep adding to my list...

1. From the moment I began the game, I was captivated immediately by the pigs. When a pig looked right up at me, smiled his goofy smile and waggled his tail - I laughed and grinned right back. I am in severe, long-term pain, in RL. The grinning, tail-wagging pigs - this whole game - helps me step outside the pain and focus on the joy, humor, innocence, love, friendships, possibilities.... that are still alive and present in this game and in RL - no matter how much suffering the world, or your own body, can throw at you.

2. Being given the opportunities to help!
I love helping and giving - within the game, here on the forum, and working together in teams to accomplish objectives. I am so proud of SC, and the members here, for our first (hopefully of many) RL charity event.

3. I love nearly all of the sound-effects - the farm sounds, the birds singing, there have been times the sound of the waves at the town beach has helped me sleep, the funny sounds in the fishing area that make me laugh ( Wheeeeeeing lobsters and rubber-duck squeaks and flying honks) very sweet!

My favorite part of Hay Day is the people. Back before neighborhoods, i treasured the many followers, the farms i followed, and my GC friends most of whom i met on the forum. It is still fun for me to see the name of a follower or friend in my RSS. Quite a few followers have established a pattern where they come to buy from my RSS when they need help and i am happy to oblige by filling crates or fixing plants. I look at their NH houses and learn a little about them, but mostly they are strangers who help and need help, just like the game was when i first started.

Now we have neighborhoods and the relationships are fuller and richer. I absolutely LOVE our neighborhood, the long known neighbors and the recently joined ones are wonderful people with whom to spend some time and share a game we all enjoy.

When i started this game three years ago (in 4 days) i did so because i got an ipad for Christmas and wanted something with beautiful graphics to enjoy. I saw a Hay Day commercial on TV and downloaded the game immediately. I never would have thought, back then, how much more than beautiful graphics i would get from this game. I have not only made friends in many countries, i have grown as a person and learned new skills. How cool!

How good to read this thread and all the nice things that people enjoy about HD. We're most of us guilty of having a moan about stuff in the game but it's lovely to read how much enjoyment there is too. I LOVE that picture of the pigs but have never seen it myself so thank you for that! I do enjoy tapping on their enclosure though and making them stand on their hind legs and wave! But my all-time favourite is combing out the feathers when the ducks are ready! It's very satisfying, like plucking out a particularly troublesome eyebrow hair!!

1. As mentioned, the friends. I hated nh when they started and opted out until my nh leader invited me to her and her sister's nh plus one. Ups and downs but we have become good friends over the years. Oh, the leader's profile pic of her dog prompted me long before nh to add her as a gc friend. Shocked to find out she was English.
2. Forum members pointing out more things than I would discover on my own. My next project is turning on the sound after I get my farm on multiple devices.
3. Learning how other people play the game so much differently than I do. But, I refuse to go to some people's lengths although it is interesting when people share gameplay that differs from the obvious. You all can be SO creative!
4. Filling up my RSS and seeing 3+ friends and hoodies taking stuff.
5. Helping friends, hoodies and strangers.
6. The thrill of a fully stocked RSS not just picked over leftovers.
7. My boyfriend complaining about "my piggy game!" They are cute!
8. Having millions of coins and selling more things to hoodies for a coin.
9. The satisfaction of upgrading!
10. Splurging on 4000 diamonds for 30% off and getting a year of Tom.
11. The sneak peeks! What is next?
12. Things progress and get gradually more challenging. Keeps it relaxing and low key.
13. Seeing 30+ pieces of mail from all the people I help each day.
14. Walkers trying to get my attention and ignoring them, religiously!
15. Watching how fast I can clear out townies while the train is unloading and loading.
16. Ghosts, presents in the fishing area. Mystery nets too!

I love reading what you enjoy about the game. I would like to thank you all who posted. It means a lot to me. XD

1. It is soothing. After a stressful day at work and an even more stressful commute home, it is so soothing to sit with my farm for a while, just harvesting, filling machines, chatting with my neighborhood, watching the antics of the animals and pets, helping neighbors, etc.

2. I love that you do listen to your players and do what you can to implement what you can when you can.

3. I really love the animals in their silly costumes and that it changes with the season.

4. I love the graphics/animations your team comes up with for most of the animals, machines, etc.

5. I love that we have staff and team members who come on the forum and interact with us.

6. It is soothing, lol.

1- Most importantly - The people, can't stress that enough, that may be little snippets of text radiating across the wifi waves but it means a lot to be able to talk with the people who I have become very fond of! I think without it I would have possibly lost some interest in the game but it keeps me coming back & farming!

2 - Making lots of 'difficult' items then hoarding them in my barn, no point to the madness, you make them to sell or stick on boats or trucks right, but I just can't seem to let them go!

3 - making my farm look nice, and hopefully when people visit it gives then a little 'Oooooh' and an 'Ahhhhhhh'

4 - getting those Barn and Silo upgrades, with a lot of help from others!

5 - levelling up, it's a slog, when you finally get there, there's a sense of achievement then you roll your sleeves up and start it all again!

6 - Visiting GC friends RSS's and finding some amazing goodies that they didn't advertise but left for weary wanderers! Gym girls a good one for that :smirk:

7 - Taking my mind off some health issues, although you wouldn't think it but between the chat and farming it's got me back from some funny Ill turns I have been experiencing recently!

8 - Finding those hidden gem items that are hidden behind the wheat adds in the DD.

Yes the animal in there costumes I like summer ones the best.
The townies going yum, yum mmmm when I "feed" them a hat, dress or other non edible item, I always imagine them eating it.
