Need Base for Townhall 9 Newbies

Hey friends,
first of all sorry for my bad english - I'm German.
Here in the supercell forum I found a lot of good Base Designs,but they seem to be for Maxed Based.
In the next Week I will be a fresh Townhall 9.
Does anyone has a good Base for a Townhall 9 Newbie? A lot of Bases aren't recommended for Newbies.
Hope to find help from you Guys.

Look at the base design 101 sub forum. Lots of different bases there!
Some th 9 bases there have pre xbow versions if you don't have xbows yet.

Searching for something like the Karas Base.
In design 101 sub i haven't an updated Base without the Xbows.
Everything seemed maxed out.

it doesn't have to be maxed out. Although the base designers base is maxed out you can still use it:). It's how it works around here.
