My device is currently isn't compatible with Clash of Clans, I have been playing on a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 for a few years now and now I can't install the update let alone re-install the game to continue playing. Can someone please help me?

Clear data and cache does not work, s7 edge they must have done something if those tricks not work hello fix this???? We are locked out this is not funny.....

Resolution tweak solved s7 compatibility

I am today so immensly happy that after a week or so after coming of new update doing so many settings changes like..instaling apk from sites..clearing all caches of coc n play store..power save mode settings ...NOTHING WORKED...but then finally...finally just did 2 steps and all set for update...

1. Close al apps ,IF possible uninstal clas of clans..make sure ur account is connected to game center before uninstall...then

go to settings --> display --> screen resolution --> change it to WQHD (2560 x 1440)

2. Then go to settings --> apps --> google play store --> storage --> clear data n clear cache.


CLOSE ALL APPS , GO TO PLAY STORE AND THERE U HAVE COC IS BACK AND READY FOR INSTALLATION !!..ENJOY...

I just got a new phone (Huawei Mate 10) and can't download clash royale because of device incompatiblity.

Hello and welcome to the forums. This is not an issue with SC’s developers but with Google Play Store (it happens in a bunch of apps). Have you tried the following ?...

1. Open your app drawer
2. Select “Settings”
3 Go to APPS
4. Locate “Google Play Store” and select it (may have to go to all apps/category)
5. Click on “Clear Data” and “Clear Cache”
6. Now try to download CoC again from the Play Store
