Your device isn't compatible with this version.

Hi,

I JUST got out of my mobile carrier store, Bell Canada, with this brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 4, model number SM-N910W8 running android 5.0.1.

First thing I wanted to install on it what Clash Of Clans. Well, Google Play was not even showing me Clash of Clans in my search results, probably because of inner filter preventing incompatible apps to be displayed, but when I looked at My Apps -> All Apps and looked up Clash of Clans, I get "Your device isn't compatible with this version".

Also, when accessing play store from my PC's browser running Chrome, it tells me Clash of Clans is not compatible will all my devices. When I click that, my Galaxy Note 4 has the X beside it, telling me it isn't compatible.

I am sure this must be an omission, the galaxy note 4 must not even be close to not being able to play this game since I played it with my note II without a hitch for this long.

May you please fix this?
I will try to find a mirror for the apk in the mean time.

My device is also not compatible with the app anymore, but the funny thing is that the app was compatible before the winter-update. After it, the app disappeared from the store for me too.
My device is a LG G Flex 2. I tried every step mentioned above from shivampaw, but this doesn't help at all...
Can someone add the Flex 2 to the compatible list again? And why would somebody delete it anyways?

Ok firstly there is no compatible list. It's a bug with the play store.

I just bought a samsung galaxy note 4, it was released late 2014, it's only been a year and getting this bug...I tried what this user said, cleared data, still can't download, it says it's not compatible and I leave for work travel in 2 days, I really wanted to finish setting this up and use it more than my iphone so I can use my iphone for music and work calls and my tablet for tech work and manuals, even hot spot my phone and this is the only thing I've came to a halt with, I have a clan, I'm over lvl 40 my clan mates are 40-90 and were at war I'd love to see what the game looks like on a larger screen like a tablet but this isn't working...help?

THANKS! I read on how to use the apk and another post on the forum led me to a google play store link that when opened on the android in question in chrome...

installed, then I didn't find it under my apps so I went back to the page and went to my apps and clicked on clash of clans again and could see it installing in the upper left hand corner, this worked and I've now transferred my clash of clans account to my android :D I've seen others with worries about APK or file downloading vs store use. This method worked for me. wouldn't have found it without you!!!!
