No loot bonus when one was earned

I've started experiencing no loot bonus whatsoever when one should have been earned. I just two-starred a base with 72% destruction and nothing...no loot bonus, just what I took from the base. I've seen this now on two different accounts. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Do not forget, Revenge attacks, do not give bonus.
Also, if you were yet not in a league, due to the monthly change, then the first attack to place, does not give a bonus.

That's it. They were revenge attacks. It had been so long since I even had a chance to conduct a revenge attack that I forgot the details. Thanks for the help.
