To those making the argument that adding the GW to th10 would affect th9 too much i would pose a question. Your worried th10s will steam roll you with little to no skill needed, what can you do to th8s? Heck a barch with a queen of any decent lvl is enough to get the three. Th9 is no longer one of the top 2 town halls, as the game progresses naturally th9 will become more and more like th8-7 than what it was previously. Its just the way it is.
th10 is honestly in a terrible place right now. Something is going to change, whether thats a gw lvl 5, new troops lvls, or even a new troop the results will move in the same direction. Its going to happen.
Gonna move this back up - I think that the GW should eventually be added (maybe only L1, IDK) to TH10, but only once TH11 has moved further ahead. The point has been made before that TH11 are not very far ahead offensively of TH10, so this would close the gap. I think once we start getting into more thorough TH11, with more offence upgades, then it would be more viable.
So, IMO, short term no, long term, potentially yes. :thumbsup:
your war premise is wrong:
Townhall 1-7 is almost a 100% chance of 3 star
TH8 is less
Th9 is less
TH10 is even less
Why SHOULDN'T it be harder to three star at TH10? Who cares if the % is that much lower, it should be because it is that much more complicated using more units and going against more defenses.
I'm almost a max th10 and I'm staying in hopes that SC will fix the balancing with the GW or something else but I 2 star all the time in clan wars I agree with u it's not that we can't have success at th10 it's just very difficult to 3 star a th10 or th11 which is what I always get matched with but love the thread and all yours views and points
