Will only sign if the GW weighs heavy enough so that those rush TH10s with GW won't be matched with high TH9s.
Just because TH10s can absolutely crush any TH9s doesn't mean that they should be able to 3-star us without skills by just spamming a bunch of troops with a GW behind.
I like the 9s that are commenting this. At th9 I never had to use a full war attack to get 2 stars. At th10 you have have to use full spells and built army that cost 180k+. At 10 if your cap is 400k loot available from someone that collects regularly, and a majority of attacks are 1 and 2 star 50-60% is attacks with that full army...anyone else see where this is going. You barely make back what it costs you attack. At th9 with gibarch i could 2 and 3 star with 2 healers. Or mix in a rage or healing spell. You might not 3 star but you could push that 70-80% barrier and get almost all of the available loot no problem. So if someone here can give me an army comp that can 2 star a mid level th10 with 2 or 3 spells I'd love to see it. Oh wait theres not one...
They need to bring back full loot bonus at 1 star. That would help off set some of the th10 farming issue. (Hardly turning a profit in pink). I'm not against using a full army to farm with, but if you're taking a full army you should be able to hope for more than just eaking a 2 star "victory"!!!
I got accounts with with different th levels
TH 10 has canons, AT, heroes and walls left to max
TH 9 has 196 legos/ 54 lavas, BK 20/ AQ 18 rest is maxed
TH 8 midway through to max
I have no problem 3 starring other maxed TH 8 with my TH 8 acc
I can 3 star most maxed TH 9 with my TH 9 acc
I can 2 star most maxed TH 10 with my TH 10 acc
I am not the only one with this issue
TH 10 is not balanced, and for wars it's a pain, that's why you have so many that war a lot that stick to TH 9
Concerning farming, TH 10 will destroy TH 9, that's just the way it is.
In fact higher TH levels will destroy lower ones.
SC has introduced loot penalties and have changed the way multiplayer finds bases
Adding the GW to TH 10 will not change anything for TH 9. But it will balance attacks in wars between two TH 10, giving the attacker a real chance of 3 starring his opponents
You're kidding right? Sure, war won't change much; but in matchmaking TH9 would be absolutely slaughtered. If you make TH9 bashing efficient TH10s will do it far more regularly and brutally.
It really disappoints me the amount of people signing this who aren't considering the consequences. Some who aren't even TH10 and have absolutely no clue what they are blindly supporting.
TH10 is unbalanced because of Infernos. Nerf the Infernos, adding a Warden is not the solution.
Agreed daz. Pointed this out early on the thread. Adding GW will make th10/th9 simply unbalanced. With th10 troops + GW lvl5 you can demolish almost every th10 base(depending on design) with many attack strategies. I could 2 star a maxed th10 with barch + few spells + GW(ability used when giant bombs activated!!). This will mean th10 will be suddenly next th7 & th9 well won't need more than giants, wizards & jumps/heals to 3 star with GW HP buff.
Solution is to add a troop that gets better chances of 3 starring th10s by th10s while costing a good amount of DE/Elixir to lower its usage in farming. I can see it as a troop with high HP & medium DPS. This should balance things at th10 :)

To say that people disagree with you are blindly supporting the other side is unfair. I don't think you're blind in your POV, so why say others are?
Your main concern with adding something to Th10 (GW lvl 5, in this case) is that it will negatively effect Th9. If I were to use that logic nerfing infernos (your idea for a balancing fix) would be defensively unfair to Th10 providing less of a weapon for them against GW from bull Th11s. To be clear, I disagree with both points of view but the point is that changing anything to balance out a given Town Hall level will trickle up or down in some way no matter what you do.
I have said it a millions times and even maybe even a year ago. The inferno tower is the combination of everything awesome about a defense which makes it awful for raiding.
Looking at multi mode alone:
it does 205 dps (41*5)
It shoots at xbow levels (6 ticks a second = very little damage loss)
It is pseudo splash damage
It negates healing
It forces freeze spells to be used (some armies don't but that is just 6 golem spam)
Do people honestly look at these stats and think, "Yep seems balanced".? Come on.
Most of the TH10s are so bad, maybe we should give them the GW. Maybe they will finally start three starring TH9s!
