Its all ratings and revenue. There is always another app that will listen and do what the players want.
Standard freemium models rely on whales, but the mods themselves have stated the majority of SC's revenue is from many many small purchases.Quote:

When someone votes they normally expect their vote to be held confidential. Posting the names of players and what they voted for is in bad form and shows your true character sir.
