HELP: COC ios to Driod / iOS Game Transferred to Droid/ No Trophys /device alrdy link

Guys i need your expertise, and this seems to be a well versed and knowledged community. Let me start by first saying i know NOTHING of iOS, i am a faithful droid user that's never owned a single iOS device (ipod, ipad iphone etc)

I am a avid CoC player from USA and my girlfriend is also an avid player as well from Germany..... (my first problem; our distance but that's another topic.)


So recently, she got a new Samsung Droid phone and originally played CoC as i iPhone player, but her iPhone stopped holding charges.

Before her phone died, she "SAYS" that:


-She transferred her iphone account to the driod via the "Link Device" method, using the code, moved her iOS TH8 game over to the driod... sounds o.k. so far right?


So, the first thing she noted to me while playing on her newly transfered TH8 base, was that when she played CoC on her iphone with game center (equivalent to G+ game cloud), she can check her trophies... however since the transfer, as she it accomplishing milestones/achievement in game and gettting 5 or 10 gems a piece for the completion, the trophies are not showing up on the driod phone shes playing from that she just transfered to from GC.... (hella weird)


So i began looking into it a bit, google searching what i can from the wikia and reddit community (granted again her lack of help with our 9hr time difference) and wasn't unable to find any information about trophies not linking to Gmail accounts with GC transfering...


Now with this noted, I asked her and acquired her G+ credentials and checked her "My App" via my computer, not a single app was there... strange because i read it was required for the link to even be visible to have both GC and G+ opened.

I then added her G+ account on my Blu-Steaks player (idky it thinks im using curse words... Blu-Steaks = ♥♥ App Player) , (So imagine at this point: in Setting/Accounts/Google/ it shows both of us mine and her G+ accounts). Now with two G+ accounts (hers and mine) on the same player, I then cleared data for COC on my Blu-Steaks player (knowing my game record was clouded properly) and began to run the game as i were her.


As i click on the green "Sign in" button at the very begin (which works for me 1000% of the time), but on her account, the game with dim and show a small loading circle but then just returns back to the tutorial with no pop up from G+ asking to restore the TH8 from the G+ account or the phone she is playing from....


I then went into the Options (after passing tutorial and again tried to sign in with G+ and same thing, It acts like it loads by dimming then just goes back to the previous screen.


Bear with me guys, i really appreciate sticking with me...it gets weirder from here...


...Confused with the non recognition, I completely uninstall and reinstall Blu-Steaks as i was thinking there might be a conflict issue with two G+ accounts playing the same game, on the same device. My steps here:


-Remove/reinstalled ♥♥ PLayer
-Signed in Google as an existing
-Use Girlfriends credentials
-Gain sucessful entry
-agreed to backup and sync
-Reinstalled COC
-started the game fresh.


Surprizingly as the game loads, it actually for the first time in the first 2 week stem of personal troubleshooting, I see it say (Welcome Back "GIRLFRIEND" real name not important) and I seen it say her lv. was 1, which makes kinda sense because her G+ account did say there was no game activity linked to it.


I complete the tutorial and stop, because i read somewhere to not go to TH 3 or TH4 without first loading the G+ sign in.


Next, with connection to her G+ account and COC recognition (from my side in USA), I ask her for her credentials now for the Game Center account (as my sister owns an Iphone and was willing to help us). We installed CoC and connected to my girlfriends GC account on my sisters iphone. As COC loads on the iphone, it also says (Welcome back "GIRLFRIEND" this times from the GC), as the game loads on iOS, it IMMEDIATELY ask me if i would like to load TH8 setting of my girlfriends, in place of the tutorial TH1 and i say yes. Game restarts and I'm loaded on her TH8 base via iphone.


On her TH8 game (ios), i go to options, Link device and select "this is the "OLD Device" (considering that i want to get a link code from this world and add it to the COC account i was about to finally make stick with G+) and it says


"Device already Linked, you can only link once..." or something like that. even tho from my side, the game isnt really linked to her G+ account at all.


Following advice i read from COC.Wikia and COC Reddit, I asked my girlfriend to:


-Delete COC (from her andriod since I have her ioS GC record with me here.)
-go to setting/accounts/ remove G+ account from that phone
-Clear Data/cache on all G related apps


after she did this, in a attempt to un-link to device, i return back to her GC game on my sisters phone and it still says that the device is linked....this is even after she:


-Deleted COC
-Removed Google from Accounts in phone settings
-Cleared all G data and Cache


How is this possible? I don't know how she transferred it but even after deleted and clearing, her game will not reveil the transfer code as in says that its still linked...


SC is not replying to our tech tickets. Can someone please help Us?
