Worst Customer Service Ever

Can somebody please have the courtesy to respond to my email below!
I find it absolutely disgraceful that I have had to write so many emails to request a simple username change, furthermore it is completely unacceptable that I have not received any response from my latest couple of emails! I also find it absolutely disgraceful that you could not care that my son is being bullied because of the unauthorised username change! Is this the type of non-caring attitude that you want to promote?
· I have illustrated that my son is offended by the username.
· I have illustrated the need to change the username as my son is being bullied because of the name change.
· You show no compassion that my son is being bullied, and a simple fix would be to change the username back.
· I have illustrated that the username was changed without consent.
· I have asked for information so I can contact your complaints department.
· I have been accused of sending multiple emails (below), which I have not!
o Please note, sending multiple messages with the same issue will not result in a different outcome as we will not be able to proceed further.
· I have not had an email response since the 2nd December.
· Why are you ignoring my emails?
· Why won’t you change my son’s username?

I think your email server is broken
I have not had an email from you since the 2nd December so can only assume your email server is broken? I am an IT Security Consultant but could as our Server Team to give you a call to help out? What are you running? Exchange? Lotus Notes? Groupwise?? Outlook Express???
