Banned for 2 days due to offensive content

Hi im sad to report i have been banned from the game CoC due to offensive content. As my layout for my clan base has been considered offensive . I was unaware and it was unintentional to offend but wanted to design a base that was original and cool and a phsyc technique for war. Im very sorry for my offensive behavior but that was not my intent to upset anyone. Iam currently unable to log on to my account and iam wanting the opportunity to rectify my wrong and alter my base design that i have spent numerous hours and effort on perfecting my defence and change what has been considered offensive to someone. How can i get someone to reassess my 2 day ban as im very apologetic and unaware that i was offending as it i considered it of being creative and strategic . But as i now realise its considered offensive im wanting to fix this immediately if reinstated and allowed to play to change my base. This game is my life and my clan is my social life and it does not only affect me but my intire clan as im unable to partisipate in the upcomming which could lead to me being kicked from my clan as they take war very serious and this would be quiet devastating for me and i think a very harsh consiquence for something i havent been aware of or given a chance to ammend. What can i do and who can i ask for help in my situation. If any one could answer my questions soon it would be much appreciated and very thankful too. I live in this game it is what i do every day all day and most nights and have done for the past 6 months. i have spent numerous hours and money on this game i have made good friends through the game and the only means of contact is through being an active member. When its controversial that my base is considered offensive to begin with. I think its creative and original yet sorry im still sorry i have offened. I think ive been penalised extremely hard as its only a design and not directed at anyone imperticular. Where as global chat verbal abuse is directed and intended to upset and offend yet still allowed to play. I find this very unfair and traumitising considering its affecting my entire clan and my mental health and social activities.... this should be reviewed....

Micheallo how can you think this is fair with out reviewing the circumstances of this issue at hand im dealing with when my banning is causing me severe anxioty and affecting my mental health for something that is controversially considered to be offensive when ive wittnessed serious concerning agrivated behaviour set out to upset, hurt and offend others which is seriously disturbing and given only a minor consiqunce where still allowed to play and able to continue to offend others just in a different method of chat yet i cant play and am willing to rectify my error and apologetic for if i have offended someone and banned from any game play for period 48hr. Thats not justifiable ...

You just have to deal with it. No sense in crying about it. 2 days to do anything. Enjoy it.

Now every one is intitled to their opinion and thats fine but im actually wanting to talk to someone of importance from supercell that can help me address my issue. So to any one who wants to have their little say to make them feel like their in a position to judge and think there better than me, well yr free to do so, if thats what it takes for you to boost yr ego just that little bit and make you feel that there is something in life that actually wants to hear your opinion go for it..just note im not one of them, and i dont want to hear it. Ive admited and accepted i may have affended some and i apologised for that now ive taken that onboard and was big enough to accept im in the wrong. SO why and what makes it okay for you to think you can be rude to me with your smug opinions that have no relevence and mean nothing to me and is just insulting me with yr sarcasim making you look like rude and offensive ones and should be banned . Your leaving your comments behind where their not needed. So unless you able to answer my questions or are able to assist me with my issue im trying to address and unless your name is Google i suggest you stop acting as if you know everything and i suggest you take this back cos its not needed .. its your nose i found it in my buisness. good day to you .

Iam a 31 year old chick who has no social life and suffers from aggro phobia so CoC is what i do with my time i have made close friends in my clan who are all active members so were always comunicating day and night. coc is my every day life and to be banned is an outrage and has cut me off from my friends and any social interaction i get with the out side world in which i live. This may seem sad for some but you dont have my mental health issues or live my life i do and do you remember when i asked for your opinion....me neither so butt out .

I LIVE IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA AND WERE IN THE MIDS OF A HEAT WAVE OF THE 5TH DAY OF 38°c TO 42°c HEAT EVEN IF I WANTED TO VENTURE OUTSIDE I CANT ITS TOO BLOODY HOT. It is easily addressed i just need to be able to speak to the right person . I dont want to make it this huge issue that makes the media im not one for people or attention or making big issues out of nothing. But this does affect me in a big way i dont know why i cant discuss this with someone from supercell to adress this issue. Im sure supercell doesnt want this kind of bad media do you. I love this game i dont want it to be frowned upon or look bad in any way i just want to fix what they think is wrong and go on playing my game. No big deal no issue no media easy. We both have been active paying customers who dont agree with what others may find offensive but both would have agreed to correct what they had there issue with our accounts and it would have been simple to address and deal with but they have banned us with no warning and is totally unfair as like i said ive seen way more offensive behaviour and mannor go on in global and clan chat and they are suspended from the chat but still allowed to play where we are harshly and haistly punished for a contriversal issue to what is considered to be offensive. I dont agree it to be offensive but still agreed to change what they had a problem with but havent been given a chance to do so. Not what i call fair or justifiable on their part.

See this is not funny in the slightest we are PAYING CUSTOMERS WHO AGREED TO CHANGE WHAT THEY CALL OFFENSIVE even though its contriversal what should be classed as offensive and we dont agree with whats been considered as offensive yet was still willing to change what thay find to be an issue but not budging on compramising or even communicating with us to sort out our issue which has now upset 2 and possibly lots more active clan members who have been banned by some one who is easily offended and likes to complain too make drama. Which has now upset the ones who know its just a game and live and breath the game and with out these sort of players their game wouldnt be worth playing. Those who are offended should either choose a different game or give the offencive matter a chance to be corrected or ban after more than just 2 people complain as remembering there is 100 thousand downloads and only 2 have complained thats seriously pathetic and more an issue for the 2 whos found something offensive that 98 thousand others didnt seem to have an issue with. The odds should be taken into serious consideration before such a haisy harsh penalty applied to ones account

So understanding your situation, I do not feel like SUPERCELL will do anything for you. If you want a fast solution to get you back into your routine and social life, I would suggest creating a second account. Even if you never develop it or attach it to an email or device, you should be able to get one started, request membership to your clan and at least be able to do the social game. If you are playing this game as much as you say you are, you may even enjoy maintaining two accounts.

I think by the time the 2 days are up you will be still replying to this thread when your first started bleating. If CoC is 'you only way of life' then you are in a really bad way. I suggest you attend a course to better your social skills, meanwhile accept you done wrong and deal with it. Of course you can still carry on squawking and amusing us all.

PS I had a ban also, I couldnt have cared a flying fig.

Its amazing how you have absoloutly have no useful information or positive advise to give and you feel its your need to tell me what your opinon is. Like i totally needed to here what you have to say and judmental views on what you think my life needs, when in fact i joined the forum for help in a situation that is affecting my life and you on the other hand are on here putting your two bobs in others issues when what you have to say is totally not worth anyone readin. I know who iam and what my mental health issues are so im one step ahead of you as im not trying to kid myself like you are cos you cant see your problems and what your needing to address and it is you who in fact need to work on your social skills to learn when your opinion is worth giving and why are you sticking your nose in others issues on the coc forum when your social life is ment to be better than mine. obviously you are lacking in the same department my foe as your on here butting in when not at all being useful for the fact you have nothing better to do than to try and make your self feel of some importantance and included among people you dont know. I thankyou for your advise and understanding in my situation and its appreciated your positive critisism and soloution to my issue at hand. I never thought of making a second account for the porpose of the social side of things and it is an easy soloution and answer to my problem. So i once again thankyou for you input as it has been incredibly helpful and worth listening to as you have offered your ideas and your opinion with no pun or sarcasim or negativity but just useful advise which i initially requested when asking for help in this forum. Its good to know there are people actualy in this forum with the initiative to offer positive advise and soloutions as the forum is designed to offer help in situation as this instead of the dumb ♥♥♥♥ comments that some unwittingly rude judgmental arrogant imbersials think there comments are worth posting. Saddo is it really? Maybe in your eyes it is. But through mine i feel safe in my home i choose not to socialize with any one out side my home because every one is scum at lease through the game people seem to be so called normal and i can get along with the adults fine i dont have to get to know them indervidually we can joke and talk about the game other than that i choose not to get to know them or any one else in that fact. You dont know me and you dont know the life ive endured and the people ive met and so until you now more about ones situation keep you opinion to your self cos i dont care for what you have to say and you narley smug attitude is not wanted or needed and before you voice your opinion think first am i in a position to judge.....no more is needed to be said from you, Thankyou.

I've just been blessed with the 2 day ban for base design and can understand why after reading through all the threads on this..

My question is did your clan get notified of your banning? I was in war prep and can't let them know.. Will they think I'm a no show?

Dude you can't get any help here or anywhere.. Once a staff ban your account, there is no way to revoke the ban. They are the god of this game, accept or leave.. We made them RICH But they don't care about us.. Money is everything for SC and noone do anything against SC to take their attention.. People still buying gems and spending hours..

No one is being rude to you.
No one is "getting into" your business.

1. You are the one being rude, not only to members, but to the staff, as they have a lot more important matters to attend to, than a case of the person made an offensive base, and does not want to take the punishment like an adult.

2. You posted this in here, not any of the others, so YOU, put YOUR business out here, for ANYONE to comment on. Also, YOU, are the one who will not let it drop, because YOU, think YOU are more special than anyone else who may have been banned for offensiveness.

Get over it. Wait the 2 days, like everyone else does who had this happen, then go in, change your base, and live your "CoC Life". If Clash is the only life you have, then maybe these 2 days are exactly what you need!
