[Fun] War CC Change

Right now in most wars, War clan castle is always filled, usually with dragons...

I want there to be a cool change...

Change: Both sides can still chose to fill war clan castle.
Only one of the two clans clan castle will be enabled and actually have troops...50% chance of each clan
Opposing clan castle's troops are filled for other clan
Mirror Numbers fill for each other
Example #4 gets #4's troops
For Example: Clan X fills war cc with balloons
Clan Y fills war cc with goblins
a random 50 percent change lands on Clan X
Example Result: Clan X's war clan castle will be filled with goblins
Clan Y has no War CC troops at all...
Problem: Lets say #10 is TH10 and #10 on other clan is TH9 ....
(TH10) 35 troops space doesn't exactly filled 30 troops space(TH9)
