8215 Dark Elixir in a Single Raid!

My friend found and stolen over 8000 Dark Elixir in a single raid! What's the most Dark Elixir you guys seen offered in a single raid and what's the most you guys have stolen? Personally, I stole around 7100 DE as a record and the most I've seen offered was around 7700.
