If they are so childish that the quit after being asked to read a sticky that has already posted ideas....
i dont yell at them, i tell them to read the sticky, if the quit over that, it seems like its their fault, i dont say it in a mean way, but they have to be told.

But it pulls up a few of them no? That should be enough to know your idea has been discussed about and considered. But honestly if you can't find any threads related to your idea, try searching up different terms that are related to your idea.

I think you have to try a couple of times.
You use different terms as compared to others, so certainly you should think of other words.
e.g. co-leader is a popular word. but maybe you were trying to create a new thread called "other clan positions" and you searched for positions.

Things don't always go the way you want them to.
That is why you should try something else and think from others' perspectives.
