Stop being mean to new memebers of the forums.

Ok This is enough. I am constantly seeing Junior member or members being mean to new members because they don't know about the search bar or the sticky. If they are members or junior members you tell them, but for some reason people start screaming at new members. If you don't have something nice to say. Just post please read the sticky.
Stop being rude to new members.
And new members take the advice given to you because if you don't people will keep being rude to you

(I don't know why I posted this in the Ideas and Future requests I just thought it happens here the most. so mods fell free to move it)

I know that happened to me the first time i joined and i was like wow chill out. I think people take this WAAAY to seriously.

Yes I agree with you on this. It's rather hard to see some of the older members sometimes post harsh things towards the new members. While yes it's annoying to see the same ideas from people who don't read the sticky first, that's not a justified reason for them to lash out at them.

I believe what he is trying to say is that it's okay to tell them to read and use the sticky and search bar, but there have been some members that who have been telling new members this is a harsh way like insulting them.
