Donate troops/spells from queue
While this wasn't as big of an issue when donating troops, it has become a significant impediment with the new ability to donate dark spells. I will always have my army camp and spell factories full, so that I can launch an attack when I need to. When a clanmate submits a request for troops and/or spells, unless I happen to have exactly what they are looking for, I have to dump my own troops or spells in order to donate to them. When I have to dump 10 barbarians to donate giants or balloons or whatever, it is not that big a deal. When I have to dump 30 troops to donate a golem or lava hound, or I have to dump a spell to make room for the particular dark spell that they are looking for, it becomes a bigger deal.
My suggestion is that you be able to donate troops and spells that have been "cooked" but are stuck in the queue because there isn't room in the army camp/spell storage for them. This is not really out of line with the concept of the queue as the troops/spells will appear automatically in the camp/storage as soon as room is available. The room that becomes available for them in this concept is simply another clan member's clan castle instead of your own camp/storage.
This would alleviate a lot of frustration of having to dump high value troops and spells to accommodate your clanmates and encourage more frequent donations instead of waiting until you empty your camps/storage through raiding if you are unwilling to dump your stuff. With the latest update, it seems that the emphasis is on stronger attacking and strategy and this will encourage more of that as well as increased activity.
