What should i need do to my base to prevent raiders to get lots of loots [elix,gold & DE] and not to be demoted.

dont, its a really really bad CW base, we three star it on the first attack every single time we see it

Max everything and don't use this base

there are plenty of good bases such as fordor zwei, just fin one on forums or youtube
