Lvl2 clan looking for experienced, enthusiastic skilled attackers th9 and th10

Hi my name in game name is Tartanspartan01 I'm 31 years old and the leader of the clan : Flawless V

We are a friendly mature clan with generous and helpful members and we are looking to build on that.
We do things a little differently from some other clans in that our war composition is carefully measured as we introduce people to keep a healthy balance and make victory achievable for all, we also highly value our members and understand it is the members that make the clan, having been in a clan with 9 power mad leaders for nine months before I've learned a lot of what not to do, and where some clans might issue punishment I look to develop, motivate, incentivise and facilitate the growth of said player.
It's important to me that everyone feels safe here and doesn't live in fear of being booted or condescended, anyone who didn't attack twice in war previously gives up there place in favour of someone more consistent until they are able to make 2 attacks consistently, this way naturally there is an incentive to improve and be consistent, especially when they see their teammates winning so dominantly.
I have some experience teaching and believe I have transferrable skills and ideas that so far have been very effective, I am also a long time gamer so understand the process of matchmaking and using the matchmaking algorithms to our advantage and that as players progress there are difficulty curves that have to be overcame.
We never rush to throw every member into war, I believe for each person added a balance must be maintained so it is excellent if you can understand that if you are not included right away it's nothing personal(although in this case if you are a good attacker you will enter straight into the squad), I have to be sure of keeping the odds stacked in our favour, if you stop by and check out out our current war, it may make more sense, we introduced 3 new members to our team this war. This is also why I am looking for a skilled attacker, to help at the top of the war map, as our th8s can only do so much to a th9, typically 1star, or last war our th8s managed 2stars on the enemy th9.
I believe we have a great foundation of user friendly, and respectful players and hope anyone who joins can blend in and add to that.
We are now lvl2 and we are looking to expand/develop in the th9 and 10 areas, for this reason we are looking for people who are experienced and highly effective attackers and use the appropriate attack strategies, we would also like if you could help to teach other th9s or th10s to be highly effective attackers where appropriate.
We are a friendly clan with a focus on teamwork and winning , we war back to back and try to help each other as much as possible.
