Disable clan castle defence

Starting with apologies, I am aware of the fact this topic is ruled out. But these are ruled out before Supercell launched the 'Big Update': a real game play change. You'd better keep your townhall safe.

However I realy like the update, there is one major point anoying me. Because my townhall is inside obligated, I get attacked more often. No problemen there, but my clan castle troops are. As they die during defence of my village, I can not use them for the main purpose I asked my clan castle troops for: participating in clan war.

Therefore I plead for an optioneel to switch off clan castle for multiplayer defence.

I face the same conundrum too and agree with the OP. I don't mind having to fight over defending my loot without a free shield - that's fair game to me. But I really am having trouble as well keeping the troops donated by my clan mates and this affects not only me, but them too - and I have a semi-inactive clan that getting cc troops is something beyond my control. Especially when I may need to wait hours before I get troops from my clan mates.

So while I understand as well that idea of clan castle defenses being toggled off has been ruled out, but I agree with the OP that SC could perhaps look into the issue again after the TH11 update. It is getting rather difficult to estimate when I would get a shield or not as opposed to what life used to be like.

I'm having the same trouble. As a TH10, I'm rarely attacked so it is difficult to predict and our clan requires advance notice.

Simply replying an idea is "ruled out", should be ruled out.

This idea needs to be looked at again. Especially now that bases are open to being raided more often than before. I support this idea 100%.

I agree with this. They do this for the heroes, and war w/o TH snip and PBT, is more tedious. I've made numerous Golems just to re-make them, sorry some of these armies take hours to make and with PBT its a hassle

We have a small but brave friends and family clan, not everyone van donate lavahounds p.e.
