The first level out of twenty is a good balance. I think we should have this.
Need a lot more detail and reasons examples as to why this should be the case...
As a TH10 of course anything extra would be a bonus but from TH8 to TH9 with the archer queen, you had a big Jump and from 9 to 10 you had a further buff/jump on troops and defences which probably evens out the lack of a new hero (similar to what a TH8 is to a TH7 i guess), th11 gets new hero and defences and level of troops.
Is there a need to alter TH10 - probably not - why? because we are no longer top of the food chain, so im now hiding all my loot in walls thank god for small mercies on rushing walls.
:-P
If you upgrade to TH10 the only things waiting would be the Eagle Artillery. Upgrading to new TH levels is suppose to be exciting and only 1 big thing isn't enough. The Grand Warden was made to fight back the new defense. Also TH10 attacking is suppose to be hard and not easy.
Given how SC tries to error on caution, there is a chance the Grand Warden could be made available for TH10.
Just don't hold your breath. It will be months before SC gets enough data to even entertain the chance to OK the move down to TH10, if at all.
Also, wouldn't the themes be mismatched if he moved down a TH level?
The Grand Warden was specifically made as a balance for the Eagle Artillery. I don't think SC will bring it down to TH10.
It could. Remember, Frost spell was given to TH9s so they had a fighting chance with TH10s. Maybe the first 5 levels could be given to TH10.
Also, the Eagle Artillery I'm surprised got a huge pre introduction nerf. On the first previews, it seemed as if it would just be super overpowered.
Now it's... Is it even much of a factor at all against attackers? Seems like SC got scared of the power of it and dialed it back tremendous to keep things in check. I know SC is conservative on things, but that seemed to be more than usual for them. Maybe the memories of how well (or rather, not too well) the introduction of the King and Queen Heroes went is still haunting them. That I could see as an reason why for the seemingly exaggerated pre-nerf.
Yes, freeze spell, and "err on the side of caution" The autocorrect made an error with err, and I didn't catch it.
