new clan..need ten to start war! looking to build

Hello my name is Ryan and I am 22 years old from VA and have been playing COC for years and want to start a down to earth clan with loyal members that want to war and build as much loot as possible.
Town Hall level : I am a town hall level 9 with mostly level 8/9 (50-50 split) walls with 10 level 10 walls. maxed out research center besides two dark elixir spells. mostly maxed defenses. making jump to th10 not too far in the future...
Level of Archers : level 8 archers...maxed out for th9
