Th9 - 10 Question

I have maxed out all of TH9 besides Heroes, Valks (Going to 3), Lightning spell (One level left), and Earthquake spell (2/4)

My question is, since my gold and elixir are capped at 8 mill all day while I farm DE, should I stay th9 to finish off the last 5-6 hero levels (each) and the lab or just go to th10 so I dont waste more Gold / Elixir

I went to th10 with below average heros but I had lv9 walls.
It isn't a massive step up like some people say and loot doesn't suck like most people complain about. Just be aware it'll take a few days to get your infernos up, so keep your loot low during that time because I know that I love to find a th10 with no infernos offering 800k loot

As I plan on warring a lot, i'll probably be a 9.5 without infernos / extra xbow so

What i did was build the It and xbow, get the xbow to lv3 and keep my It on lv1. I get matched against rushed th10s and can sometimes three star them depending on the rest of the set up. Just be aware you'lk be smashed in matchmaking

If you have full gold or elixir storages, I'd go to TH10.
