How Supercell could make money instead...
This update was obviously gem and money driven and we get that they need to make money. However there is always a few right ways and a whole lot more wrongs ways on how to do it...
Here is a few suggestions to supercell,
1) Readjust the gems on finishing an update for heroes... people aren't going to spend 800-1,000 gems to finish an upgrade. However if I see that it takes only 100-200 gems, then that is more tempting to Gem a hero, instead of waiting 7 days
2)Triple the production of mines and collectors for 24hrs OR cut the cost to 5 gems only. There is no real value in boosting these resources...
3)Dark elixir collectors needs to be 10, not 15gems per day. More people would boost the dark elixir.
4)Spells, barracks and heroes need multiple options for boosting. (5 gems for 2 hrs, 10 gems for 6 hours)
You would then be creating a value for the 10 gems for 6hours.
5) Offer weekly offers, back when you did the half off the cost and time for hog riders... That was a huge success for players. GET CREATIVE with different troops and spells.... It will encourage people to attack more and attack with different combinations. (Ex. Half off the time and cost for Pekkas and haste) Wow this would create a lot of excitement.
These are some options that can help increase your revenue. This with bringing the shield back for th sniping, but making it a 6hr shield instead... Would help everyone! Making their base attackable twice as often...while providing a FAIR farming system.
Enhancing the PBT back to 6hrs like it was, is a perfect balance. The 3 hrs just isn't working... And you know what they say about things that aren't working.....
Please Supercell, listen to us... Together we can all enjoy Clash again :cool:
