I successfully recovered my account through the in app support. They gave me the code i needed to link my account. The code properly displays the account I am transferring, username level and th included. But when I accept to transfer, I am met with error code 101. I haven't been able to successfully reach support since (last two days). Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I've tried using the code on other devices (tells me the code is expired).
