3,000 DE = 1 lvl 10 wall
I like the idea.. however it would pull lots of DE out of system I think as there are no heroes in war.... people have to put DE into heroes and this gets rid of incentive.
If there's going to be something like this, then it should more than 3k DE per wall. 3k can easily be attained in two raids.
