Not all people have access to these 3rd party applications or want to try to use them.
My clan used them for a while but we found more members did't want to log out of the game pull up some site and try to figure out who to attack. Also have to remember that there is a lot of young player base that may not know how to access these sites.

I think this would be a great addition built into the game. Could even have "Suggested Target" instead of recommended, or maybe even have both!
