Kill spell on cc

I'm a decent Th10 that is now more worried about protecting my loot from raids due to the update.

I normally request archers but now have tried filling my cc with wizards for better protection. I can have all wizards or a mixture and they just get nuked by the kill spell.

Is there a better strategy? It seems too easy to kill these poor dudes.

If possible and ur clan mates can do this I would request for witches... they are the best cc troop I know of on defence. Also maybe some balloons and a dragon if ur clan is really expensive.

Witches would be great I but I'm the only one with lvl2. They're so dang expensive as well, hate to pull that from them.

Any flying troop is better off against the poison spells than ground troops. Dragon and loons is the easy way to go... They're hardly affected.
