New clan perks: Troop cost/time reduction

With the fundamental changes made to the game and the sudden need to use high end troops on a majority of our raids I would like to propose two new clan perks. Troop training cost and troop training time reductions.

First Troop cost reductions, something along these lines:
Lv2 clan perk 5% reduction in cost
Lv4 clan perk 10% reduction in cost
Lv6 clan perk 15% reduction in cost
Lv8 clan perk 20% reduction in cost
Lv10 clan perk 25% reduction in cost

Second Troop training time reduction, along these lines:
Lv3 clan perk 5% training time reduction
Lv5 clan perk 10% training time reduction
Lv7 clan perk 15% training time reduction
Lv9 clan perk 20% training time reduction

Please take these ideas into consideration. I feel they would be a huge help to the entire clash community and be a reason for all players to take part in all facets of the game.

Well I think that the percent for both should be decreased. Note that there is two levels only to clan troop and spells level. This changes the game by a lot and decreases the value of boosts a little.

The numbers I've suggested are not concrete here, neither is the frequency of the perk. 5% & 10% numbers aren't really going to save anybody anything, but 15-20% is where it really starts to show.

Maybe you do it twice Lv4 & Lv9 for 10% & 20% respectively. Those are the 2 levels just before the troop level upgrade perk. Maybe you do it 3 times like the troop refund perk at levels 3, 6, and 9 for 5%, 10% and 20%.

It's all flexible, but I feel it should be tied to a clan perk rather than just a global in game adjustment for all as others have asked for.

Yeah I can see this. Of course, new clan perks will be needed and maybe this can be implemented then. :) I know this idea needs tweaking and it is good. :)

They should implement up to l15 perks, and also 3 perks a level, perhaps in another update. Good idea!

The problem with this is than more clanless folks will try to get into higher level clans and leave the lower level ones alone... Just make global even more crowded with luckseekers trying to get into good lvl 5-10 clans

That's why I had the thinking to implement it more often. Start giving out reductions of costs and time at clan level 2 & 3 and it might make people more prone to staying in them. For the most part those of us in level 7-8-9 clans are a bit selective on who we allow to join our ranks. Particularly war oriented clans. We'll take a player from a lv5 clan provided they have the skills to compete and if they have the skill they certainly deserve the perks that go with it.

In it's current form clan perks basically stink until level 5 anyway and that's the rub with starting up a new one. People just don't want to work for it unless of course it is a group of people trying to branch off and start a new war clan or something like that. More perks for the little guys goes a long way and lets face it the little guys need them more than the big fish do.

Less boosts means less money.

20% reduction in troop cost and training time might sell more boosts too. Especially for the end game which is where you are going to need them. It might even convince the casual player to give up an hour of his/her weekend to farm for that big upgrade. It might give one extra attack on that boost that the trophy pusher needs in order to climb into the next league.

Plus I make enough in gems from obstacles every week to do one full boost of everything now that they are half price for half time. They are practically giving boosts away already. Give me an incentive to use those free gems instead of hoarding them to gem my AQ build times.
