Close your clan during war. Simple as that.
I hate this idea. If you don't want spies, then you should be more careful with your membership. I will unabashedly admit that we use multiple spies and we have tons of friends who will leave their own clans to temporarily spy for us while we will do the same for them.
One of the funnest parts of clan wars are when you can get multiple alt spies into an enemy clan, then start talking "strategy" between one another after all of the data has been sent back to clan mates....or just wait it out until the war is over and then thank them for their participation.
The *best* part about spying is gaining access to the war log and past war replays. That is the honeypot and adds such a great meta-aspect to this game that it should never, never, never, never be taken away.
The bottom line is that if you don't let people join your clan during a war, you will not have spies from the enemy clan.
