We all know that elixir is becoming more and more scarce with this past update and needing to use stronger armies to attack other villages. And the idea of defensive win bonus has been thrown out there but would need to be set so people don't drop one troop and quit to give a large defensive bonus.
While in a discussion with a clan mate over this topic, I had an idea that may work but I haven't really come up with big details.
Your defensive win bonus would be whatever the cost of enemy troops you killed during the attack. That way a one troop drop gives nothing (just like it would for VG), but a full scale GoWiPe for example would give a pretty good bonus if you were able to defend against it. They could even give bonus if you lost but reduce the percentage based on how much percentage/stars you gave up.
Like I said this was just a quick idea I just came up with and haven't come up with a lot of details, but curious what people thought and how could it be made better?
