I thank the team always responds quickly but the truth .... supercell thanks for giving us a disadvantage against the enemy clan ... because the truth is not updated if they do well ... because there simply everything and first fixean and then check up are incredible , I have the two dark barracks being improved , and others who have donated and q also receive with th8 th6 or TH5 troops to defend the truth ...
a shame . at least they could give us a compensation for what they do wrong .

Hello, you are not the only one experiencing this issue, many other have reported the same and SC is aware of this. This is due to an upgrading x-bow or IT. SC is working on a fix and a patch to resolve this will come out soon. If you need a more immediate fix, cancel or gem the upgrades on the x-bow or IT. Best of luck!
I am also having the same problem . Im not happy about all these bugs due to the update . But yet you expect ppl to spend more gems or buy more gems just to get by until u fix these bugs to only fill ur pockets up with more money. This new update is pathetic and making alot of long time clashers very unhappy. Please get it together asap

As far as I know three of my clanmates experience the same bug. As soon as they hit the donate button the game crashes.

- bug is not binded to device but to character. Log with bad-char, app crashes. Log with another-char, app works. Log again with bad-char, crashes again
- bug is not related with data or cache on device. I cleared both, same re♥♥♥♥: bad-char crashes, another-char works
So, I guess the problem is in Supercell database. Maybe same wrong internal variable?
i found out that whenever having barrack or dark barrack in upgrading mode, donate clan war troop crash the game, and this is a bug !

there is a bug found after the updates of th11. The game crash when donating troops in War castles. Same issue is also faced by many clan members. Kindly resolve this bug as soon as possible.

Several member of my clan having same issue. You try to fill war cc and when you hit the 'Donate' button the game completely exits.
We just started a war this morning and it is happening to me as well. Everything else is running smoothly. When I click the donation box in the war screen, the game just closes. I thought OK I will use my ipad...same issue!Quote:

It happens if you have an upgrading barracks/dark barracks/spell factory. I'm not sure about the dark spell factory. You have to gem it, cancel it, or wait for it to finish to donate troops.

So after update I didn't noticed any big bugs by myself (iOS) user, but my clanmates did and not only to them all Facebook groups are full of bugs content, at least 5 members in my clan can't donate because game crashers or they cannot touch their TH or the game crashes too. So my question for Supercell and you chiefs - when SC will fix all these bugs?

I wanted to explains why this bug appeared.
First of all no matter what kind of device you are using, it is not a device fault.
Second, I saw that there is now a new donation interface and when you donate you can see troops what you started to TRAIN but you still not have them. So it shows 0. You can test that by starting to TRAIN a troop and go try donate for CHAT clan donations.
So how this bug effect playing. Before an update there was a table content of troops no matter you have them or not, when you tried to donate you could see what you have of all that table. Now table only shows what you have in army camp and in barracks + this update also did spell donation so you can also see spells (dark). I was wondering what kind of effect is upgrading barracks or spell factory, but it is because when you are upgrading one or some those buildings, script does not know what kind of value is NaN of troops. I think this new interface update was for real time troop number updating in graphic user inteface.
The update is very good and usefull, but you can give back old GUI for a while till you repair this bug that players could Donate on War.

This is known problem. Btw, please read the stickie that will lead you to a list of known problems.
Admin addressed this had you read the sticky ;) there is a temp work around... It has to do with upgrading a barracks or spell factory... If those are updating you need to cancel them to donate or you get a glitch, they are working on a fix, stickys in forums are there for a reason and should be read first before posting, so your post isn't redundantQuote:

Hello, please read the sticky at the top of the Problems and bugs page. Currently, if you are upgrading any barracks or a spell factory, then you will glitch out of clash when you try to donate to clan cc...

I was wondering, are the members trying to donate in the war or not? Some members in my clan who were opted in for war but were not included still had the option to donate to war CC's even though they weren't in the war themselves, when they donated the troops the app crashed but the troops stayed in their camps.
(If I am incorrect please correct my answer, I just had an idea.) :thumbsup:;)
Their so called fix is--- Cancel barrack upgrade and lose 50 percent of elix or GEM... Ya gem this!!!

Until they fixed the bug, you cannot have any Brk, DB, or dark spell factory upgrading if you want to donate to your war CC. As long as none of the above are upgrading you can donate. As soon as you start upgrading one, your game will crash when you press the donate button.
I can confirm this since one of my accts had 14 hrs left on Brk 10 upgrade and i wasn't able to donate. The next war (in prep day now) i am able to donate without any issues. Another account with dark spell factory upgrade is able to donate (crashes as soon as i click the donate box) so make sure the dark spell factory isn't upgrading too (even tho it doesn't directly affect war CC donations)

Why could I not donate troops in our clastle clan in war but Iam and I joined the war yet I could not donate troops that will gaurd the base of my co members
