Thanks for the translation. Regarding OP, this is a known issue and SC is working to fix this as fast as they can. In the meantime, I suggest gemming or cancelling your barracks / dark barracks / SF upgrade as that is the cause of the issue, or waiting a little while for the next maintenance break when they will take care of this. Just read SargeKane post 5th page in my thread and you can bypass this bug if you not upgrading barracks or spell factory. My barracks just finished and tried to donate - Wolaa! I can donate again, I warned all my clan mates and now we will try not upgrading those buildings till bug will be fixed.

If your upgrading barracks that seems to be the problem, soon as i finished the upgrade the problem went away.
I noticed this bug and thought that it wasn't specific to me because it happened on both my accounts. But, on both of my accounts I am upgrading a barrack.Quote:

I am not sure if this is just me but many of my clan members cannot donate to any war clan castles. I do not know if this is isolated to only iOS but as soon as I click the DONATE button it crashes and closes the game for me and will repeat this process anytime I click the DONATE button. If there is a fix please let me know or any answers as to why this is happening it would be greatly appreciated. It started with the most recent update. Username is Grim I'm in the clan Canadian Empire(Red and black crest with flame in top right).

This is due to a glitch where it will crash if you have a barracks, dark barracks, or SF upgrading. Rest assured that it is being taken care of and a patch should come out soon.
My clan is having the same problem and I am sure they are aware of it by now. We just have to hold on until the next update.

SC advice is either stop upgrade till theres a fix or gem to finish

after th11 update yesterday i entered in clan war but unable to donate the troops to clan mates in their war cc.
as i clicked on the donate button game exited and home screen appears.
i tried it by removing cache and also by uninstalling the COC but the problem does not get solved.
from my same device i login into another account which is also in war and from it able to donate the troop but with my main account (username:- IGK) not able to donate the troop and when i click on donate game exited to home screen of my phone.

My wife and I are both having same problem... But my nephew with same type of phone as us no problem. Only been a problem since update.
Edit: would a reinstall possibly fix this?

If you are upgrading a barracks, dark barracks, spell factory or the dark spell factory you will experience this problem.
The only solution is to cancel your upgrade or gem the time for now.
SC are working on a fix, maybe try and get the clan members who aren't upgrading said structures to donate instead?

That bug is already reported and SC is working on that.
If you do what echo said you can donate in war cc.

Hi, I am in war and unable to donate troops for clan war. Every time I tap the donate button it pops out "unfortunately clash of clans has stop responding" it's happening after the new update. Please fix this problem asap.
