[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

Mine also crashes but i dont think its the phone or app installes.. i have 2 clans on same phone and only one having issues with 1 clan donations, the other one is working fine, same phone

coc crashes when i start donate troops for war castle on preparation day....anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

I have that same problem to tried rebooting the phone and no difference

I have 2 account in my clan...my main account is the Leader...I try to donate it in War Clan CC but it crashes...i try to change device but still crashes...i try to use other devices still crashes...i try to use tab still crashes...I already uses 5 different mobile phone but still crashes...so what do you think the issue!?

I cannot donate with the first account (th9) but with the second I can (th7)

If you're upgrading barracks, dark barracks, spell factory or dark spell factory, then COC crashes when you try and donate troops to the war map. It's very frustrating. Hope supercell gets this fixed SOON!
Not everyone wants to cancel or buy their way through it. As I understand it, if you complete the upgrade on the barracks, dark barracks, spell factory or dark spell factory, then you are able to donate troops.

They say if you are upgrading barracks or lab you cannot donate. I am upgrading troops right now so maybe this is why?

I was facing this problem earlier today, I wasn't able to donate in clan wars, someone replied in another article and asked if there's any barracks upgrading, I finished upgrading using gems and it works fine now and I can donate in clan wars.

Same with me on iOS9.2. Also my wife, who is on android.

This happens when a Barracks / DBarracks / SF is upgrading. The only solutions to cancel one of those upgrades, or just wait until they release a patch for it.

When i click on clan war donate, crashed me please resolve the problem ...

Started a clan war and I am unable to donate troops to my clannies. Others in the clan are also running into this issue. My troops are needed for this war...desperate for answers and a solution....

right! i stop the barracks, but then the SC must give me back 4M of elisir and a bunch of gems for the time wasted.

This is a known issue and SC is working to resolve this as best they can. This issue is caused by an upgrading barracks / dark barracks / SF, fyi. This should be fixed with a maintenance break that should be coming up soon.

U r very cruel sc..........v lost last war coz i couldnt donate war cc troops as my barrack was upgrading. Supercell plz fix this problem............u r making many clans lose the war coz of this problem. Also i will never cancel any upgrade to donate in war cc.:mad::mad:

My game crashes when I try to donate troops to war on android or ios. My other file that is th8 can do it just fine, but not my big TH9 that I wanted to send good troops with. I updated IOS and everything. This is part of why I hate updates, change the rules over and over and make things glitch. Its one thing to add stuff, but how many times do they think they are going to mess with us and we will stay?

I can confirm this is what happened. The fix will likely be likely rolled out within the next week or so, be patient ;)

I could not be more upset, not sure why I cannot fill the war clan castles, when I try I am booted from the game! I play obsessively and this is causing some serious pain and suffering I am sure a few gems could ease the pain 😬

I cannot donate to war clan castles. I also currently have a dark barrack upgrading. Please fix this bug asap!

I have highest troops in my clan. I have my troops ready to donate so I can't loot. Over 800 gems to finish. Or lose 1.5 mill elixer. They better be fixing it damn quick. They are making a killing off this glitch.

Supercell you disapointed me this time, so you are forcing us to GEM our upgrading barracks to be able to donate in war? Yeah you make it sound like it is a bug but one of the solutions you give is to gem the upgrade... that is not fair. I can't afford the gems because I don't have credit card and we dont want to lose the war!

They are aware of this. They are just taking their time fixing because they are making a killing off of it. 800gems how many times really adds up.

Nobody is forcing you, they just said that if you are impatient to wait for a fix, they only way to donate in war would be to somehow stop the specific construction. This can only be done by either gemming it or canceling it. If you dont want to, just patiently wait for a fix like everybody else.

Unfortunately you will not be reimbursed. If you dont want to cancel or gem the upgrade then dont do it and patiently wait for a fix like everybody else.

They are actually not going to fix it in one or two days. They don't even respond to any report on this forum. They do not obey to our commands. So keep patience or take a break until it is fixed.

Let other people in your clan temporarily take your place this time. Then stop starting any war until the bug is fixed. The advised solution is ridiculous but we are playing it free so we have no right to ask for anything else.

I will not be patient if I am not reimbursed. They are crooks and anyone supporting criminal behavior can suck my American Cack. This screwed my whole clan. I pay money into and have a lot of time in this game. My right to not be patient when they are still making money off this "glitch".

Our clan just went to war with I am a part of and during the preparation period where u able to donate to other clan mates cc's. My problem is ever time i press the donate botton my game freeze and lag out of coc. Wat can i do got 10 hr left of prep. Plz someone help!

This is a known issue and SC is working to fix this as fast as they can. This is caused by an upgrading barracks, dark barracks or SF, so if you do not want to be affected by this simply cancel or gem such upgrades. Or, you can wait until the next maint break hits when there will be part he's to fix this. All the best~

Would I get resources back if I stop my up

Clash unfortunately stops when i hit donate in war cc's. No barracks or collectors are upgrading of geming. So why is it still crashing?

I have the same problem. Its my second war where i came with this problem. We caqn loose the war because of this bug. Can anybody help me?

My game also crashes when I try to donate in the war. I made dragons and now I can't use them. I have a barracks upgrading. It is not worth it to cancel or gem it. I guess this war is screwed.

Me and my clanmatew cant donate our #1 in the war. We van lose the war over this bug. Please fix it quickly.

As long as your Dark Barracks are under upgrade, this bug will persist.

Me nd few ours clanmates coc is restarting when we r clicking to donate in war clan castle what is this glitch

After the latest update my clan started a new clanwar. When I push the "donate" button, the game stops and I have to startup all over again. I restated my iPad twice, but this has no effect.

Does anyone recognise this problem. What can I do to fic this.

I'm having the same problem does anyone know where I can complain to a clash of clans rep?

Have you tried reloading the game? Restarting your device? It can take a few minutes to process.

After update I can't donate troops for clanware anymore!

This is a known glitch and SC is working to fix this as fast as they can. This is caused by an upgrading barracks, Dark Barracks, or SF, so gem / cancel upgrades on those if you would like for an immediate solution. They should have a patch coming out soon, so wait a week and I think it'll be fixed. Best of luck ! :)

This happens for me also, trained drags for donating in the war but can't donate them now cause the game crashes everytime i click the donate button :facepalm:

"Doar" (no mapa de guerra) o meu jogo simplesmente se fecha, com a seguinte frase na tela, " O aplicativo clash of clans parou de funcionar" ou " infelizmente o clash of clans parou", vamos resolver isso logo SUPERCELL, pois eu e outros jogadores estamos sendo prejudicados com esse ERRO de vocês!!

After this update, everytime i press the "Donate" button (in war map) my game simply close, with this sentence on the screen, "The clash of clans app stopped working" or "sadly clash of clans stopped", let's get this fixed fast SUPERCELL, because me and other players are getting impaired by your ERROR!!
