[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

I lost a war because I couldn't fill valks in war bases... :-(
Thanks for the suggestion, I will gem my SF.

I'm facing the problem too.

Several member of my clan having same issue. You try to fill war cc and when you hit the 'Donate' button the game completely exits.

We just started a war this morning and it is happening to me as well. Everything else is running smoothly. When I click the donation box in the war screen, the game just closes. I thought OK I will use my ipad...same issue!

This is a known issue and SC is working to finish a patch for it. Rest assured you are not alone. This issue is caused by an upgrading barracks / SF / dark barracks, so if you need an immediate fix, gem or cancel upgrades on those buildings. However, the patch should be coming out soon, so unless it's truly urgent, I suggest waiting.

Hi, first let me say im not good with english, so im going to try to explain in the best way
Since last update i ca't donate troops in clar war for defense the village, always i press the botton donate the game take me out! always!!!
But when the other players ask for troops in the chat i can donate
I uninstall the game and install a lot of times and still the same and i cant fix it!
So if you could help me! i would appreciatte

It happens if you have an upgrading barracks/dark barracks/spell factory. I'm not sure about the dark spell factory. You have to gem it, cancel it, or wait for it to finish to donate troops.
