Not the next update, SC usually fixes this stuff in a follow-up maintenance break. It's probably not coming out with next update, that'd be ridiculous.

Hope they fix it soon. We have a war starting in 3 hours and no troops can be donated...

Depends on the issue actually. Some can be fixed with just a maintenance break but others will require a full update.

When was the last time they had to send out an update just to patch a glitch? I don't recall there ever being such one.

Player profile fix, league badges, walls, responsiveness in troop selection... I can keep going if you wish.

Don't recall the first two, the latter two were simply optional updates. I'm talking about mandatory updates that people had to go through.

Those updates were mandatories if you wanted to play on the glitch-less version. You could either keep the version with the problematic troop selection responsiveness or download the optional that fixes it. Besides both mandatory and optional are still updates and not maintenance breaks.

Okay...but how were the walls a glitch? That was not a glitch, that was a graphical update like the holiday themes.

They still needed an update to revert them the second time they accidentally added them. Some issues can be fixed with just a maintenance release which is an incremental update between service packs or software versions. Other issues will require a full publicly released update.

I spent gems to train war castle troops. When I go to donate them it closes down my coc. Now I have a base full of dragons but our war castles are still empty. What's up with this?
