[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

I have been trying to donate troops to the war castle clans but the game keeps crashing and logging out.

I need this sorted out ASAP as we are going to start war soon..

I'm a th9 and having this same issue. Hit the donate button to war cc and game crashes immediately.

Was typing while you gave the answer. Yes my dark barrack is in its last update so no problem in 80 minutes, thanks for explaining. :thumbsup:

Are you upgrading the dark spell factory and this may be the problem, I fast track and used 415 gems to get dark spell factory done and now it fixed.

Is this bug on not being able to donate being fixed?

I cant donate into the castle in war, help

Hello, this happens when barracks/dark barracks/spell factory is upgrading. As a temporary solution you can gem the remaining time or cancel the upgrade. You can also let them upgrading and avoid donating in war until SC comes up with a fix.

I was upgrading I had the problem and done upgrading and now fixed.
